Selena Y Los Dinos, the band that gained traction throughout the West by the middle of the decade is the result of their patience. Selena as the group's lead singer of the group, won two Awards at the Tejano Awards for the year 1986: Female Vocalist Of The Year And the Performer. From that moment on Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top performers every year, and they gained popularity and recognition. They've appeared on a variety of Spanish TV shows such as El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre In Domingo, and Sabado Gigante.
